ChrisTcradle Charity Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This corporation has been granted EIN: 46-5557718, and is a registered charity through the New Jersey department of treasury, USA.
Specific Objectives and Purposes
The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be:
(a) to educate and facilitate the education of those that are wanting to learn more about Jesus Christ, spread the Bible(Christianity) in conjunction with Jesus’ teachings to austere and hard to reach locations throughout the world, publish pamphlets and other media related to educating the public on finding salvation through Jesus Christ;
(b) to raise revenue to assist the homeless and less fortunate, provide them shelter, provide food and clothing, bring aid and relief to those in need or whom have been devastated by great financial loss, provide monies and material to individuals or families suffering from the effects of a natural disaster;
(c) to care for and prevent cruelty to animals, educate and facilitate the education of cruelty to animals, offer monies, food, sheltering devices, and services to organizations that assist in the recovery and rehabilitation of those abused animals;
(d) to expand and redefine our educational and social programs from time to time as necessary to meet the continuing challenge of providing a way for acceptance of Jesus Christ, providing for the less fortunate, and educating the public on the effects of cruelty to animals.
